I have two sets of duvet covers and they were soft from the first wash and only got more so as time went on. They look and feel expensive. These are great value.
I bought 3 different brands of linen sheets. Dapu is THE best. With just 3 washings, it became super soft. The others are stiffer and will take more time to soften, if they even do.

After about five washes, these sheets turned out so soft and cozy I hardly want to get out of bed! They are so awesome that I'm buying another set! They fit a deep mattress well and I was happy with the color. (Dusty Rose) I am very happy with the high quality of this linen.
I very much like linen sheets I’ve discovered. These ones I washed twice before they became softer. I only air dry them, but they air dry pretty quick.
